I had a terrible experience with this hotel. They unexpectedly charged me more than agreed, and it has been a nightmare trying to get a refund. On top of that, they lost people's cars, leading to police involvement. Despite some friendly staff, the overall stay was a disaster. Avoid this place at all costs.
